If your doctor feels at your routine examination that they would like to monitor the pressure and the health of your eyes, they will ask that you make a glaucoma evaluation or a follow-up appointment. Ongoing monitoring these symptoms or results will help our team effectively create a treatment or prevention plan for you.
What to bring to your glaucoma evaluation?
Please bring information about any treatments you've currently or previously used to combat glaucoma (prescribed drops, etc). Please bring a copy of your most recent medical insurance card so we can ensure we have it on file!
