If you are dealing with typical dry eye symptoms (itchiness, irritation, watery eyes, etc), we recommend calling our office and scheduling a dry eye evaluation. Additionally, your doctor may notice signs of dry eyes during your annual routine exam, and ask that you follow up with a dry eye evaluation.
What to bring to your dry eye evaluation?
Please bring information about any treatments you've currently or previously used to combat dry eye (prescribed drops, over the counter solutions, etc). Please bring a copy of your most recent medical insurance card so we can ensure we have it on file!
